The Technician (Austin D) was very professional and very knowledgeable with the repair of my garage door. He provided 3 different repair options upon my request that helped me decide which repair option would be best for my 23 year old garage door. My experience was a great one. The gentleman knew exactly how to fix the problem and fixed it so fast. He was right on time. I really appreciated knowing something about him before he arrived. That’s a very nice thing to give to your customers. And when he got here there was something I could ask him about as we talked. It made the meeting a little more personable and I liked that. He is an asset to your company and you should plan on keeping him around. I hope if I need more work down the road on my door it will be him to come out.

My garage door spring broke and I. Allied Precision. Teddy came out, arriving on time. He showed me not only had the spring broken but there were several safety concerns. In fact, he had point out one and it indeed happened the very next time we closed the door. Teddy was very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. I could not be happier.

Eli was prompt and did a good job. My issue is he wanted to charge us $1,600 to replace several things. I found that a little suspicious bc our friend had just had your company come out to fix his garage door spring and the tech told him the exact same thing and quoted $1,600 also. Seemed a little odd that both of us needed the EXACT same package. It was also odd bc he told me the spring had been replaced 4 times- but we didn’t use you before, so not sure where he came up with four times….. But nonetheless, he was on time, courteous and did a good job for the repair. So no issues with Eli…. But I think your business model is a little shady. Also, if I had a way to email you directly I would done that rather than through this site.

My problem, double door had a loud grinding noise on opening and closing was 90% resolved. After replacement of almost all parts, except for door, frame, and opener, opening and closing is still noisy. Representative Andrew was very courteous, professional , and helpful.

We wanted a local tech. The lady on the phone was very nice, polite and patiently answered our concerns. The time offered was perfect. Orlando was clean, courteous, thorough and after inspection explained the issue. He offered choices and answered questions. He completed the work over an above, ensuring quality. He cleaned up everything and took away the debris. He was not rushing an made sure not to skip any detail. We highly recommend them!
