Installation of New Garage Doors. For installation of a new garage door, this warranty covers defects in workmanship, for labor furnished by the Precision Door Service of Indianapolis as part of installing the new garage door. The garage door manufacturer provides its own separate warranty to you for the door and its parts. This warranty does NOT cover the door or its parts. Precision Door Service of Indianapolis will correct any defective workmanship and, if a part is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we will repair or replace that defective part, at no charge for labor.

Repairs. For repairs to an existing garage door, this warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, including installation, for new and rebuilt parts and labor furnished by the Precision Door Service of Indianapolis as part of the repair. Precision Door Service of Indianapolis will repair, or if repair is not possible, we will replace any defective part or workmanship at no charge for materials or labor.

This warranty begins when repairs or any installation are complete. This warranty cannot be transferred. For repairs to an existing garage door, the warranty continues for as long as the orignal customer owns the repaired garage door. For a new garage door installation, the labor warranty continues for as long as the manufacturer's warranty continues on the garage door. This warranty terminates if the original customer sells or no longer owns the repaired or new garage door.

Partial Service Warranty. If this option is selected, the terms are consistent with the terms of the Limited Warranty, but lasting only for a 90-day period beginning on the date of service completion.

If anyone other than the authorized Precision Door Service Franchisee who performed the original service work on any new or repaired part covered by this warranty, then that part and the labor to repair or replace that part is no longer covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover any materials or workmanship provided by anyone other than the authorized Precision Door Serive Franchisee issuing this warranty. This warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages, such as damage or injury to a person or property because a garage door did not operate properly. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

The warranty does not cover problems caused by abuse, misuse, civil disturbance or Acts of God.
